Highlights: Building the registration process from the ground up was a welcomed challenge. We worked alongside our design partners, Blueprint Studios, and our client, CEO of Blavity, to ensure each material count, technology aspect, and staffing role was guaranteed to enhance the attendee experience overall. Management of ticketing platform partnership, budget, materials distribution, and front line communication with all levels of attendees for swift check in process.
